People are our greatest value in everything we do because they are the ones who implement the vision God has given to the mission. Currently, we support 11 families and 4 single missionaries. These people come from diverse ages and backgrounds, but they are our ministry specialists, carrying out critical responsibilities within the mission that require their full attention.

We support them financially so they can continue the work God has called them to do, enabling us to rely on their full-time commitment. Given the challenging economic situation in the country, this support is crucial for the key people in our mission. Supporting all of these individuals next year will cost us $97,500.

Community Places are public spaces in central areas of cities that our teams adapt to reach the global youth culture for Jesus. In these spaces we host art exhibitions, music evenings, workshops, and parties to help build community and connect with young people in our cities. From there we invite them to a "Bible Studies for the Non-Religious," where the core discipleship process happens.

Community Places are an incredibly effective tool for reaching today’s youth, especially during the war. Many young people fleeing the war have left their homes and everything they had to relocate to new cities in search of a fresh start. Many have also lost relatives or loved ones. This has made Ukraine’s global youth culture even more open to spiritual conversations.

This is why Community Places are spaces where global youth culture feels accepted and understood. Currently, we operate 8 Community Places with a budget of $115,000 for the upcoming year. This budget covers rent, utilities, supplies, and ongoing weekly activities in these spaces.

At the start of the war, we as a mission realized that we could not stand aside from the greatest challenge facing our country - war. We immediately mobilized all our resources to evacuate people from combat zones, deliver food to the front lines, and preach the Gospel to soldiers and civilians. This was accompanied by countless miracles where God protected us and gave us the opportunity to share the Gospel with more than 100,000 people since the war began.

Now, entering the third year of the war, we continue to preach, evacuate, and help those in greatest need. Next year, we are focusing on the projects that have proven to be the most effective:

• Soul Kitchen Project - This project opens the doors to our army. We take a large grill and travel to soldiers, whether in trenches or other locations. We cook food and eat with them, creating an atmosphere of trust that allows us to share the Gospel more effectively, pray for them, and support our soldiers spiritually.

• MP3 Players with Audio Bibles - We distribute MP3 players loaded with audio Bibles so that soldiers can listen to God’s Word in the trenches, especially when they are not allowed to carry phones.

• Humanitarian Missions - These trips involve delivering bread or other humanitarian aid to civilians in frontline villages while also sharing the Gospel with them.

The budget for this department for next year is $60,000.

A significant part of our vision is focused on awakening and equipping local churches to reach the Global Youth Culture for Jesus in their cities. To achieve this, we organize conferences, retreats, short- and long-term training programs, and publish guides with practical advice for street evangelism and other outreach projects.

We believe the radical Gospel must be present on the streets of Ukrainian cities. We preach Christ using creative methods - from installations to performances. Our public worship challenges societal norms, while participating in festivals and parties allows us to bring the Gospel to places where it is least expected.

This area is broken into four components:

• Mobilization and Pioneering – We continue to expand into more cities across Ukraine, with many mobilization events and movement activities planned throughout the country in 2025. The budget for these activities is $40,000 for next year.

• Creative Evangelism – We believe that using creative methods to preach the Gospel allows us to communicate the Good News of Jesus Christ in a way that is relevant to the Global Youth Culture, creating an atmosphere suitable to spiritual conversations. The budget for these activities is $52,500 for next year.

• Steiger Missions School (SMS) – Every summer, we send our young leaders to the SMS to receive training from top leaders at Steiger International. They spend 7 weeks in intensive biblical training and evangelistic experiences with other young leaders from around the world. The budget for this program is $30,000 for next year.

• Travel – Our ministry specialists travel across the country each month to meet with city teams, support new movement groups and young leaders we are developing. The budget for travel needs next year is $30,000.

These four components have a combined budget of $154,000.
