International Newsletter December 2015
The Russian young people could not have been more open to both to our band and our message. Thousands came out to see us play and everywhere we went people gave their lives to Jesus. After Russia, we went to Ukraine, and as in previous years, thousands came to see us play and the response to the Gospel was overwhelming.
It’s clear that God has given us a unique opportunity to reach the Russian-speaking world.
Check out these powerful summary videos of the tours in Russia and Ukraine this year:
Still, Millions of young people throughout the Russian-speaking world are unreached with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
So in 2016, we are investing even more of our time and energy into a comprehensive Russian-Speaking World Project.
The project will focus on three key areas:
1. High Impact Evangelism
Steiger’s bands “No Longer Music” and “Nuteki” will conduct at least 25 high impact evangelistic concerts throughout Western Russia, Ukraine and Belarus.
2. Relevant Discipleship
Steiger will start “#6pmbible” bible studies in 5 cities. These are 8-week informal bible studies that take place in a neutral venue (i.e. cafe) starting immediately after concert.
3. Local Church Training
Steiger will train key indigenous church leaders to engage the local youth culture throughout the Russian-speaking world
- 1-week Compact Schools
- 1-week intensive training course for #6pmbible leaders
- 10-20 Russian-speaking leaders attend Steiger Missions School in Germany
This project could have a profound eternal impact on thousands of secular young people throughout the Russian-speaking world.
The total budget for the Steiger Russian-Speaking World project is US$ 259,160. Please prayerfully consider how you could financial support this project. A gift of any size will help make this project a reality!

No Longer Music Tour of New Zealand
December 30, 2015 - January 11, 2016
Despite its natural beauty, New Zealand ranks as one of the most secular countries on the planet with some of the highest rates of domestic abuse, gang violence, and teen suicide.
No Longer Music will be doing a 10-concert tour throughout the country in late December and early January. We will be using a mobile stage trailer similar to the one we have in Europe and God has provided permission to perform in amazing locations, including the headline band in Whangamata (a huge party town) on New Year’s eve.
Pray that God’s moves powerfully and that many young people surrender their lives to Jesus!
See www.nlmtour.nz for more information, including dates and locations.
